I couldnt find it, then, suddenly I saw it floating at the top of my window... I was like OMG! O_O
As stated in my update log, it's phase two of its development. It's also a "Best in Opera" experience until other browser vendors catch up - They'll see transition effects and better visual cues, but it's usable in anything IE9+.
I'm actually most proud of the "Insert Link" and "Insert Image" boxes, and they've definitely come the furthest since the first phase - They actually work now.
