A four-year-old boy is at the centre of a row over noise after neighbours complained that he was too loud while playing in his own garden.
Parents Simon and Pippa Lansdell received a letter from Hull City Council warning the family they would be fined 5,000 if they received any more complaints.
The letter said they could receive a noise abatement notice which would also include a further 500-a-day fine if the noise continued..
Have people really got nothing better to do than complain about a kid having fun in his own garden? What astounds me is that the council actually took the complaint seriously. I hope this lad and his family don't end up having to pay a penny to these leeches.
