What was in room 11? Whatever the Doctor "Fears" the most.

My guesses:

1. Past companions he's fucked over in someway. (Reaccurring theme and would tie in with him ditching Amy soon afterwards, maybe simply seen her an Rorys corpses
in there.) Also think him hanging the do not disturb sign has a kind of "rest in peace" vibe to it

2. His next / past incarnation. (Tennants Doctor was pissed as hell at the idea of "Someother guy" running round in his TARDIS) And the door number is his current
incarnation.

3. His Mother / Father in the weeping angel position. (He sent them back into the timewar as tennants Doctor, Although this scenario would come from regret rather than
fear.)

4. The Clown, just me or was that Matt Smith? I don't think we seen the room number so it could well have been 11.

5. Broken / Lost TARDIS.

We know its most likely a person as he said "Of course its you" or something to that effect. Whatever/whoever it was didn't attack him or make any noise leaving him to simply look in then close the door unharmed.

Another side question is what does the Doctor have faith in? Possibly his own ability, hence the title of the episode. His fear seeing he's nothing but a "clown" about as far removed from a God as he could get.

I hazard a guess at nothing... or maybe River

What about his kids? I will tell you this though, his fear/faith, whatever was in that room, will definitely play a role somehow later one.
